Vaccination at home if you are housebound
If you are housebound (unable to attend any vaccination clinic) you will be contacted by telephone by one of the PCN staff members to arrange a home visit from one of the PCN staff. We aim to have contacted everyone eligible and recorded as housebound by mid-October 2023. If you have not been contacted by this date when you feel you should have, please email: [email protected] or call your normal GP practice for further advice.
If you have only just become housebound, please contact your GP practice to ensure this is noted on your record and to arrange a home visit for vaccination.
