The Digital Helpline is a free, dedicated service, offering 1-2-1 help with your online needs. They’ll chat through the kinds of tasks you want to complete and set up the right level of support to help you.
You don’t need to be a Lloyds Bank customer to make use of the service – it’s available for all.
