National Digital Weight Management Service

Fed up of long waiting lists? Wanting to make the most of your motivation? Comfortable using online services? Try the NHS Digital Weight Management Service, available right at your fingertips, now accepting self-referrals direct from you without needing to see your GP first.

To find out more, check if you meet the eligibility and apply, follow the link below. You will need an NHS login to apply, the same as you would use to access the NHS App. If you do not have one, you will be able to register during the process.

Advice for Parents

Essex Frontline

Frontline is a community project. It helps frontline workers and the public to quickly find details on local health and wellbeing services and to contact services through call back and referral options.

Benfleet PCN Wellbeing Hub

A new drop in service for all residents of Benfleet is now open for Blood Pressure checks, Health Advice and guest speakers from health teams and the local community.
